Unfortunately, many of these products use non-standard components, lack parts availability, and often do not meet recognised UK safety standards, making them difficult and sometimes unsafe for us to work on.
We will continue to fully support e-bikes from the brands we stock and other recognised manufacturers with established parts and technical support networks.
